Refunds And Returns – Sarah Pierce Mart Sports

1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a return.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Certain products, such as personal care items, customized gear, and clearance items, may not be eligible for returns.

2. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

Contact Us – Email us at admin@sarahpiercemart.site with your order details, reason for return, and any supporting images (if applicable). Approval & Instructions – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Inspection & Processing – Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once the return is approved, the refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

4. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund.

7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed for shipping.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our return process.
